We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier, but you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. Please note that delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@owra.be.
In the event that a defect is identified, we will send a replacement free of charge or, if the original product is no longer available, an alternative product from the same range.
Conditions for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds cannot be done for individual products.
