Glycerin
Glycerin is one of the most obvious sources of hydration, but in high concentrations it can create a sticky feeling on the skin. For this reason we combine several similar hydrating ingredients so that the amount of glycerin can be carefully balanced. This allows us to maintain strong hydration while avoiding the less desirable sticky effect.

Pentylene Glycol
Pentylene Glycol is obtained through enzymatic fermentation of sugarcane sugars, meaning no petroleum is involved in its production. It is an excellent moisturizing ingredient and also acts as a smart preservation booster, helping formulas remain stable with a lower concentration of preservatives.

Lactic Acid and Sodium Lactate
These ingredients are essential components of the Natural Moisturizing Factor and are also among the best known and most effective natural preservatives. They function as natural pH buffers, support skin hydration in a highly efficient way and contribute to the microbial stability of the formula, even at low concentrations.

Isosorbide
Isosorbide is a multifunctional plant-derived molecule produced through the dehydration of sorbitol, usually obtained from corn or other sugar-rich crops. In cosmetics it functions as an innovative and skin-friendly humectant that helps attract and retain moisture.

Saccharide Isomerate (Pentavitin)
Saccharide Isomerate is a sugar-like compound that binds strongly to lysine groups in keratin. This allows it to remain in the upper layers of the skin for an extended period, where it visibly softens dry and rough areas while reducing the feeling of tightness. It is an eco-conscious moisturizer inspired by nutrition: a skin-identical sugar complex derived from edible corn. Thanks to its natural origin and exceptional long-lasting hydrating ability, it is considered a high-performance ingredient in modern natural skincare.

Centella Asiatica is rich in compounds that help repair and calm the skin. It is widely known in Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine, where it is referred to as Gotu Kola or Indian pennywort. Berberis Aristata Root Extract

Scutellaria Alpina Flower, Leaf and Stem Extract (Skullcap)
This extract is also well known in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda.
